Maple Cranberry Sauce

4 Cups Cranberries             1 Cup Apple Cider
1 Cup Balsamic Vinegar      3 TBSP Lime Juice
1 Cup B&E's Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

Place 2 C cranberries in a saucepan.  Add Apple Cider & Lime Juice

Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes or till juice begins to thicken

Add remaining cranberries and Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

Simmer till berries pop

Remove from heat.  Serve hot or cold.
