B&E’s Trees Farm, home of Embark Maple, is nestled in the heart of the Driftless Region of Wisconsin.

We have been bringing maple into new spaces since 2015, first with our Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup and now with our Maple Energy.

All B&E’s Trees products are now under the “Embark Maple” name. We made this name change due to confusion over “B&E’s” being heard as “Bees” and people thinking we had honey. Same great products, same goofy people, but a new name for the adventure!

So there's something we've been so excited to tell you... B&E's is growing!  We’re Embarking on a new adventure - bringing maple out of the kitchen and onto the trail! Being able to share the good energy of our forest with all of you has been such a joy for us here at B&E’s, and coming up on a year without seeing you face to face, well heck, we miss you! We've been spending our time apart trying to find ways to connect, to bring the good energy of our forest to you wherever you are. We'd like to announce Embark Maple Adventure Packs!  Our delicious organic maple syrup is combined with simple, organic ingredients in convenient adventure ready pouches.  The natural electrolytes & nutrients of organic maple syrup provides the performance needed by ultra-athletes, with exceptional flavor for everyday adventurers and culinary explorers alike. And don't worry, we're still making and bottling the Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup you know and love.
