More puff pastry! Still pretty darn simple.
1 roll Monique's Puff Pastry Squares
1 pear, peeled and cut into 1" squares, about 1/8" thick
Bleu Cheese, sliced into 1/2" squares, about 1/8" thick, or a few crumbles
B&E's Trees Bourbon Barrel aged Maple Syrup
Preheat oven to 350 F
Thaw puff pastry, lay flat & cut into approximate 2" squares- I get 16 squares per sheet
Place pear square on puff pastry square so the corners are clocked 90 degrees. Top it with Bleu cheese and two drops Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup.
Wet the edges of the puff pastry & pull all corners to the center. Press edges together & crimp with a fork
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place the puff pastries on the sheet & brush with more Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup.
Bake for 5-8 minutes till golden brown.
