1 (9 lb) bone-in ham
3/4 C water
1/2 C B&E's Trees Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
2 TBSP whole grain mustard
Preheat oven to 300F. Place ham with water in a roast pan & cover. Roast 1 hr 40 min.
Whisk together syrup and mustard. Simmer for 2 minutes
Brush glaze over ham. Roast at 400 for 20 minutes
Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
